What exactly comes with the engine?

Most of our engines are sold as a long block assembly. That typically includes the engine block along with major internal components such as pistons, crankshaft, and cylinder heads.However, external parts like alternators, AC compressors, starter motors, intake manifolds, wiring harnesses, and sensors are usually not included unless clearly mentioned in the product details.

If you are unsure about what is included, we always recommend confirming with our sales team before placing your order. We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises during installation.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we do offer warranty coverage on our engines.Warranty periods may range from 30 days up to 6 months, depending on the type of engine you purchase. The exact coverage details will be explained at the time of sale.

Like most engine suppliers, warranty coverage generally applies to internal mechanical components. Issues caused by improper installation, overheating, lack of lubrication, or neglect may not be covered.

Do you ship across the United States?

Yes, we provide nationwide shipping.Once your order is confirmed, the engine is carefully secured on a pallet and prepared for freight transport. We work with reliable freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.

If you are shipping to a commercial address with forklift access, delivery is usually smoother. Residential delivery can also be arranged, although lift-gate service may be required.

How long does shipping usually take?

In most cases, delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days after the engine is ready to ship.Delivery time depends on your location and freight scheduling. Larger cities often receive shipments faster than rural areas.

What if I need to return the engine?

We understand that situations can arise where a return may be necessary.Returns are accepted according to our company policy. If there is an issue, you must notify us within the specified time period after delivery.

The engine must remain in its original condition. It should not be disassembled, altered, or damaged due to improper handling. Once received and inspected, we process returns based on policy terms.

What is a core charge?

A core charge is a refundable deposit added to certain engine purchases.When you replace your old engine, we may request that you return it. Once the old engine (the “core”) is sent back and inspected, your core deposit is refunded.

The returned core must generally be complete and not severely damaged (for example, no holes in the block). Core programs help recycle engine components and support remanufacturing processes.

How can I make sure the engine will fit my vehicle?

When mileage information is available, we share it with customers.However, overall condition and inspection results are just as important as mileage.
